So, a couple of months ago, when I was looking to upgrade my work vehicle, I discovered a Driveline advertisement on Facebook and decided to investigate a bit further.

Once the decision had been made to obtain a showroom model vehicle with a number of extras, Alan took over. He finalised everything relating to the deal and concluded the process by sending me the necessary paperwork.
